Eyefi Card Can't Connect to the Eyefi Server


When you add your wireless network to your Eye-Fi Card, the software goes through a series of checks:

  • The Eyefi card connects to the wireless network
  • The Eyefi card verifies network password
  • The Eyefii card gets the network address
  • The Eyefi card contacts the Eye-Fi Server

The "Contacting the Eyefi Server" check requires that the wireless network you are trying to add has a connection to the internet and does not have a proxy server. If this check fails, please contact Eyefi Customer Care and provide the full error message so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
