What is Geotagging?
Geotagging adds geographic location data, specifically latitude and longitude coordinates, as well as city and state details to photos you take with your camera and Eyefi card via the Eyefi Geotagging service. For more in depth information about geotagging with an Eyefi Card please see the following links:
- Geotagging Overview provides an introduction to and overview of Geotagging.
- Photos Are Not Geotagging provides detailed information about how the Eyefi Card adds geotagging data to photos you take.
Add Places to your photos
Use the Geotagging Panel to either enable or disable the geotagging functionality of your card if it already has the geotagging feature.
If your Eyefi card already has the geotagging feature, you can enable or disable geotagging by checking or unchecking the "Enable Geotagging" check box.
Upgrade to Geotagging
If your Eyefi card does not have the geotagging feature, your Eyefi card will present options to upgrade to the Eyefi geotagging service. Click the Upgrade to Geotagging link to upgrade your card.
If you already have an Eyefi Geotagging License Key, you can enter it in the field and then click the "Add Key to Eyefi Card" button to assign that key to your card.

You will need to make some changes to application settings (if you use iPhoto) or online sharing site (if you use Flickr, Picasa, etc).
