Card Fails to Upload in Camera


If your Eyefi Card does not upload photos/videos, please confirm the following:

  1. Make sure the Eyefi Card has been configured to use the correct wireless network.
  2. Make sure that your camera is within within range of your wireless network (the typical range for Eyefi X2 cards is 15m/45 ft indoors and 30m/90 ft outdoors).
  3. Make sure there is a destination set for the photos & videos (e.g., a computer or online site).
